1952
The first local auditors association begins in Philadelphia.
1950s-1960s
Local chapters start popping up all over the USA.
1967
The first regional auditors association begins with the Insurance Auditors Association of the Southwest.
1970
Insurance Auditors Association of Southeast and Insurance Auditors Association of West both officially start.
1973
Insurance Auditors Association of Central States and Northeast Regional Auditors Association start.
1975
NSIPA is founded.
