IAASE Annual Seminar Registration

The Non-Member fees include a membership to IAASE for the 2012-2013 year.

Registration Fees

Registration fees include attendance to all of the sessions, access to online PDF handouts, the Welcome Reception, and breakfasts on both days and lunch on Monday. It also includes all of the morning and afternoon beverage breaks and the Monday night banquet.

Spouse/Guest Fees

Spouse/Guest Fee - $99 per person

Spouse/Guest Fee includes all food functions related to the Annual Seminar including the Welcome Reception and Banquet. Presentation sessions are NOT included in this fee.

Ambassador Program - Please Volunteer to Acclimate a New Colleague

During the registration process we will be asking experienced members who have attended the Annual Seminar before to be an Ambassador to our First Time Participants. The ambassador will be paired up by the IAASE Executive Office with a new participant to acclimate him/her to the seminar and to IAASE overall.

How to Register

Registrations will be accepted on the official registration form only. Photocopies of the form are acceptable. Acceptable methods of payment are check, money order, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA.

STEP 1: Registering online is easy! On the Login page, either Login using your email address and password OR select Need to set up a new account? and enter your email address and click Login. From that page, create your account by entering your Login & Password Information, Contact Information, and communication preferences. STEP 2: Click on "IAASE Annual Seminar 2012" to register for the event. Step 3: At the bottom of Step 2 you will have the option to register an additional attendee or add a spouse/guest. If you select this option, you will be routed to Step 2 again to add another person. Once you have added all additional individuals, you will be routed to Step 4. Step 4: You will be shown a receipt stating the event(s) you selected, as well as any fees. The fees shown are according to your membership status, i.e. member/non-member, etc. Step 5: If you register before the early registration date begins, your total shown will include the discount at the end of the registration process. If you register after the early registration deadline, your total shown at the end of the registration process will be the regular registration fee.

Confirmations

Online registrants will receive immediate confirmations/receipts via email. All other registrants will receive confirmations/receipts of registration via email, fax, or mail. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and the Annual Seminar may sell out at any time. Therefore, we highly encourage you to confirm your registration with IAASE Executive Office before making travel arrangements.

Cancellation, Substitution, and Refund Policy

Registration cancellations prior to April 30 will incur no penalty. Cancellations on or after April 30 are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation notices must be sent in writing to the IAASE Executive Office. No refunds will be made on cancellations made after May 2 and forfeited fees cannot be applied to future meetings due to IRS reporting requirements. Substitutions from within the same company are permitted at no additional cost if received by April 30. On or after May 1, substitutions are $25 per person. All substitutions must be in writing and accompanied by a completed registration form.
